I used at least 2 of the recipes from the first volume every week and ended up feeling like I needed a change then bam, volume 2. Bigger and even better. I've enjoyed every recipe so far. I loved the first ebook and this one is even better! An enormous number of recipes that are easy to plan and takes so much of the thinking out of planning! I particularly love the section that lists options by calorie- let’s me find options that fit my plan and goals.
